Believes that in order to gain more credibility as a global security and foreign policy actor, the EU should take greater responsibility and focus on filling the security vacuum in its neighbourhood and among our neighbours’ neighbours; strongly calls for the increase of EU capacity to forecast, address and respond to disinformation activities by external actors;
