Urges the Commission and the Member States to introduce a fundamental reform ofprovide the necessary financial resources in the multiannual financial framework (MFF) to prevent Brexit from having any negative effects on the level of funding earmarked for EU- wide cooperation programmes, in the fields of culture, education and research, that have clearly demonstrated their European added value and enjoy lasting popularity among beneficiaries;
