Notes with concern the irregularitiesCalls the EEAS to exercise constant vigilance on theits building administration policy of the EEAS; stresses the need for sufficient explanation of accusations of EEAS being involved in corruptive cases related to its building administration policyand in particular to ensure any suspected cases of fraud or corruption that may be detected when buying, renting or managing buildings are immediately addressed; calls on the EEAS to provide eventually sufficient explanation on such tendersits tender procedures and the cost of the buildings in the remit of the discharge exercise;
