Welcomes the EPPO’s agreement with the Commission, and working arrangements with OLAF, Eurojust, Europol and non-participating countries; encourages EPPO to further engage in a closer relationship with Union bodies involved in the protection of the financial interests of the Union, in particular OLAF, based on mutual cooperation within their respective mandates;

Notes that from the non- participating Member States, the EPPO cooperates with Denmark, Hungary and Sweden, but regrets that the work of the EPPO, in particular the evidence gathering, is affected by a lack of cooperation from Ireland and Poland; welcomes the commitment by the Irish authorities to review their working arrangement with the EPPO in 2023;

7. Notes that the EPPO’s caseload has been significantly underestimated; stresses the importance to adapt human and financial resources to the growing workload and to increase the EPPO's reflect them accordingly in the future budget accordplanningly.
