Points out that Article 349 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) provides for specific access to structural funds for the outermost regions (ORs);calls, in this regard for ORs to be considered, under the next programming period, as 'least developed regions' and for their budget allocations to be continued in order to compensate for their structural disadvantages;
