Stresses that coordination with the countries of North Africa is desirable as well as an effective contribution to peace and reconciliation in Libya in order to prevent it from becoming a hotspot for the spread of jihadism, arms and human traffickingthe chaos in Libya, the advances made by political Islamism in North Africa and the lack of a relationship of trust with the Algerian regime are a breeding ground for jihadism and trafficking (particularly of humans) and complicate the fight against terrorist groups.
