Regrets that people with disabilities continue to experience discrimination in various domains, that this has been further exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic and that all forms of discrimination are generally under-reported; notes with concern the lack of awareness of the victim’s rights and of the possibility of seeking redress, highlighting the need for new information and reporting channels;
