Stresses that in the current humanitarian crisis, access to quality educational services and assistance for refugee children and youth is a key precondition for their social inclusion, protection, long-term integration into the labour market and prevention of exploitation; underlines the need to ensure cultural and linguistic mediation as well as the learning of the host country’s language for refugees and asylum seekers, and to develop initiatives for the recognition of competences and qualifications, including through platforms;
