Reiterates its view that the funding of the administrative and operating expenditures of the EuropeEuropean initiatives in the field of Security and Defence Agency and of permanent structured cooperation from the Union budget is the only option undershould be carefully coordinated with Member States and NATO, considering in a comprehensive way the evolving security scenario of Europe and the current limits of the Treaties.
