Condemns in the strongest terms the unabated repression and the systematic and widespread human and civil rights violations committed by the Lukashenka regime, including manifold cases of mistreatment and torture of political prisoners; continues to stand in solidarity with the brave people of Belarus and civil society organisations who stand up for a sovereign, free and democratic Belarus, risking their freedom and lives;

3. Reiterates that the Lukashenka regime’s unilateral withdrawal from the Eastern Partnership policy, announced on 28 January 2021, has no legitimacy as it does not reflect the true will of the Belarusian people and their aspirations for a free, democratic State;
