Welcomes the Commission´s New Deal for Consumers presented by the European Commission on 11 April 2018 which will tackle dual quality of consumer products by updating the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive in order to make explicit that national authorities can assess and address misleading commercial practices involving the marketing products as being identical in several EU countries, if their composition or characteristics are significantly different;
