Highlights the fact that labour market conditions within host countries are a determining factor for the successful and durable integration of refugees; stresses that unemployment in the EU, in particular youth unemployment, is still at alarming levels, and that the Commission and the Member States should continue to prioritise policies and investments aimed at quality job creation and economic growth, primarily for the benefit of EU citizens;
