Calls on the Member States to enter into dialogue with all the relevant stakeholders, such as patient organisations, paying agencies, healthcare professionals and industry, with the aim of establishing short-, medium- and long term holistic strategies for access to medicines, ensuring the sustainability of healthcare systems and a competitive pharmaceutical industry, leading to faster access for patients and affordable prices;
