Welcomes that the EEAS has implemented its 2017 administrative budget without being affected by material error; acknowledgnotes the decrease in the financial error rate compared to 2016; notes that the EEAS ex-post control included for the first time the expenditures of the end of the year (November- December 2016); notes the slightlyexpresses concern about higher error rate at the end of the year and encourages the EEAS to address this situation.
