Regrets that the Member States’ response to the development of collaborative business models has so far been very fragmented, and considers that a coordinated, overall European level approach is indispensable; notes the Commission’s reasonable approach to this ‘new business model’ and eagerly awaits the publication of its guidelines on this topic;
