The balance of the financial contribution of associated countries shall be considered over the life span of the Programme. Associated countries and the Commission shall review the balance at the interim evaluation of the Programme referred to in Article 47 (2) and any adjustment will be indicated in the subsequent statement of appropriations for the Programme.
