Article 4
Budget 1. The financial envelope for the implementation of the European Defence Fund for the period 2021 – 2027 shall be EUR 13 000 000 000 in current prices. 2. amount referred to in paragraph 1 shall be: (a) research actions; (b) development actions. 3. paragraph 1 may be used for technical and administrative assistance for the implementation of the Fund, such as preparatory, monitoring, control, audit and evaluation activities including corporate information technology systems. 4. envelope referred to in paragraph 1 shall be devoted to support disruptive technologies for defence. 5.
