Regrets that passerelle clauses have never been used in the field of the CFSP, even though the Russian war against Ukraine hasdespite repeated calls of the European Parliament and recommendations of citizens in the context of the Conference on the Future of Europe, even though the Russian war against Ukraine and the corresponding increased geopolitical volatility and security instability in Europe clearly called for more efficient and swift decision-making;
