Recognises that the European Union, which is committed to upholding fundamental values, including respect for human dignity, must be absolutely irreproachable at Member State level, and calls on the Commission to initiate a wide- ranging awareness-raising campaign and to dedicate a European year to the fight against early and forced marriage; also calls on the European Commission to examine the possibilities of providing an open source with scientifically-approved relevant educational videos, in the form of free Massive Open Online Courses that can be used as supplementary material for any educational system globally;
