During the period referred to in paragraph 2a, hauliers are allowed to carry out no more than 1 cabotage operation with the same vehicle or, in the case of a coupled combination, the motor vehicle of that same vehicle, in the same Member State once the goods carried in the course of a new incoming international carriage have been delivered.';
