Believes that the EU should use all available tools, including trade agreements and strategic partnerships, to create the conditions for EU joint ventures in third-world, resource-rich countries, particularly in Africa and South America, while always considering responsible sourcing and best business practices; integration of the countries of the Western Balkans into the EU supply chain is also critical;
