Points out that in order for cooperative transport systems to be successfully developed and implemented, extraordinary attention must be paid to cyber-security in order to prevent hacking attacks and other forms of abuse; if cyber- security is not fully ensured, consumers’ health will be threatened and their confidence in the use of the C-ITS system will be undermined;
