Believes that the EIOPA budget still has rationalisation potential; stresses, therefore, that any potential increases in EIOPA's means should be accompanied by adequate rationalisation measures; suggests that, as EIOPA's workload is increasingly shifting from legislative tasks to supervisory convergence and enforcement, EIOPA's budget and manpower should shift accordingly;
