Stresses the importance and timeliness of the review of the ENP; emphasises that the revised ENP should be able to provide a quick and adequate response to the situation on the ground, while also putting forward a long-term vision for developinvestment with the neighbouring countries based on lessons learned and, in particular, addressing the lack of reactivity while preserving prelations withdictability; expresses its deep concern over the lack of EU initiatives to engage in the solution of "frozen conflicts" in the neighbouring countries;
