Takes the view that, on occasion, foods of the same brand may differ in taste and recipe on account of certain conditions on local markets within the European Union; the use of local raw materials and production facilities, as well as the need to take into account national law or reformulation objectives can result in differences; differentiation of this type does not imply different quality and is legitimate, so long as it is not misleading for the consumer;
