Recognises the incredible amount of work performed by civil society organisations, in particular women’s human rights organisations, including organisations representing minority groups, in preventing and combating violence against women and girls and their efforts to provide assistance to the victims of gender- based violence; urges the Member States to support these activities by providing sufficient human and financial resources;
