Notes that staff of the European Asylum Support Office have lodged a complaint with OLAF and the Commission, calling for a probe into its director-general, whom they accuse of nepotism, misleading reports and mishandling harassment claims; therefore recommends that the Committee on Budgetary Control postpone granting the discharge in respect of the implementation of the European Asylum Support Office’s budget for the financial year 2021 until such time as the case has been legally resolved;
