Welcomes the Communication on ‘A Digital Single Market Strategy for Europe’; believes that the horizontal approach taken needs to be strengthened in its implementation as the digital sector affects every dimension of society and the economy, and the exchange and sharing of innovation need to be fostered to contribute to the general transformation of growth models;
