Recital 16 a (new)
(16a) In line with the report on a coherent EU policy for cultural and creative industries(2016/2072(INI)) supporting cultural and creative sectors will be a cross-cutting issue. Projects will be integrated throughout the programme in order to support new business models and competences, traditional savoir-faire as well as translating creative and interdisciplinary solutions into economic and social value. Furthermore, potential synergies existing between EU policies, so as to effectively use the funding available under EU programmes – such as Horizon Europe, the Connecting Europe Facility, Erasmus +, EaSI and InvestEU will be fully exploited.
