The natural or legal persons providing the services referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall comply with the requirements on transparency of fees and charges laid down in Article 7 of Regulation XXX (Payment Services Regulation), and in particular shall ensure that such fees and charges are displayed at the initiation of the provision of the services.
