Notes the multi-layered character of current EU strategic communications at various levels, including NATO, the EU, the Member States, and NGOs as well as civic organisations; applauds such initiatives as @EUvsDisinfo by EEAS East StratCom Task Force, Information Warfare Initiative by CEPA, Baltic Centre for Media Excellence and other implemented recommendations of the European Endowment for Democracy feasibility study; calls for the best possible coordination and exchange of information between the different actors involved;
