Notes that enough financial resources must be made available for Frontex to perform its tasks under its new mandate and that the Frontex budget should be reviewed in the first part of 2012 when, following the entry into force of the new Regulation, the Agency would be able to establish the resources it needs to start carrying out its new tasks during 2012 and to possibly also set up Frontex Operational Offices;
