Considers that products marketed , within the single market in a specific type of packaging should have the same composition in every Member State, there should generally be no difference in quality or nutritional value between products marketed in a specific and identical type of packaging, and that consumers should be duly informed of any variation in compositionquality or nutritional value compared to the original recipe; calls on the Commission to guarantetake proportionate action to ensure that the quality of products is the same across the Union;
