Shares the opinion that the matter of the security of Africa should be transferred into the hands of Africans and that the EU should assist its African partners in the successful accomplishment of this ultimate goalAfrican states, supported by regional and international organizations, are the foremost guarantors of their own security and that the EU should assist its African partners in the further development of an African peace and security architecture to achieve long-term peace and stability.
