The Commission shall adopt detailed rules onbe empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 14a concerning the procedures for monitoring and reporting of data under this Article and on the application of Annex II by means of implementing acts. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 14(2).
