Calls on the Commission to support and facilitate the participation of innovative start-ups and scale-ups in EU funding programmes and projects contributing to the twin green and digital transition; therefore calls on the Commission to ensure easier access and application processes to EU funding opportunities and tenders as well as a better, faster and easier outflow of funds through all EU funding programs, e.g. for Horizon Europe, the European Innovation Council Fund, or the Single Market Program (SMP) COSME programme, the programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs);
