Points out that the success of resource efficiency policy greatly depends on its being consistent with all relevant internal and external EU policies and on the political commitment of Member States to implementing it; urges the Commission, to come forward with clear targets to ensure that the flagship proposal will be successfulherefore, in view of the thematic overlaps, to ensure that the roadmap for a resource-efficient Europe tallies with the EU raw materials strategy;
