Emphasises that e-commerce is a fast- growing, job-creating sector, and one of the main reasons for its success is the quality of delivery services, that should therefore strive to implement innovative improvements to delivery options (e.g. parcel collection points at transport hubs, IT notification) and optimize and implement green logistic chains;
