Asks the EU and its Member States, in the event of a partner country issuing an invitation to an individual who is the subject of an ICC arrest warrant, to exert strong pressure on that country without delay (for instance, through the withdrawal of development aid) with a view to preventing the travel of such an individual, such invitations having been issued recently by Chad, China, Djibouti, Kenya and Malaysia, among others;
