Notes with concern that the College is using premises of the UK National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA) in Bramshill; notes that NPIA is duewas to close at the end of 2012 and that the College will have to relocate in 2014; calls on the College to persevere in its effortsmmission to make urgent representations to the UK authorities for a rapid decision on a new location for the College in order to reach a satisfactory solution and to report to the discharge authority on this;
