Calls on regions and cities to launch campaigns to raise public awareness of water saving, and calls on the Commission to promote the entry into operation of the European Drought Observatory and encourage the exchange of good practice among regions and cities, focusing on measures to save water, enhance water efficiency, and manage the risk of droughts.
