The scope of agreements and decisions adopted pursuant to the previous paragraph by recognised producer organisations, their associations and recognised interbranch organisations may be extended in line with the provisions laid down in Article 164, even if those agreements do not have any of the objectives laid down in Article 164(4), and in accordance with the conditions set by the Member State concerned.
