Invites Member States to implement systematic strategies to boost female entrepreneurship, as well as concrete measures facilitating female entrepreneurs' access to credit and banking services, in particular micro loans; asks Member States and the Commission to ensure that the current financial crisis does not have a damaging effect on SMEs, especially on female entrepreneurship;
