Considers that waste collection and product design arean integrated approach along the value chain, from product design to material recovery is ‘low hanging fruit’ strategiesy to increase CRM supply; notes that CRM substitution, while having its limits in product efficiency, is an inherent goal of industry because of high prices and dependency;
