3a. The future legislative programme of the FSJA should promote measures in the field of police and judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters taking into account the principle of mutual recognition of judicial decisions which is included in the new Treaty, thus facilitating the transborder cooperation between Member States and aiming towards a future European Penal Law.
