Regrets that the Court issued a qualified opinion based on two irregular procurement procedures, for which the Agency had failed to carry out appropriate competitive procurement procedures which means that all associated payments are irregular; is extremely worried that irregular payments which have thus been made under the contracts arising from the incorrectly conducted procurement procedures represent 6,3 % of all payments made by the Agency in 2019;
