Welcomes the efforts by the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia to maintain good relations on the northern border with Serbia and Kosovo and to guarantee effective scope for cross-border movement, as well as the signing of free trade agreements with those two neighbours, and recommends a similar policy in relations with Albania, Bulgaria and Greece, especially in the field of transport and communications;
