Highlights that Japan is the EU’s closest partner in the Indo-Pacific region with whom the EU should enhance cooperation on economic resilience and security, including by jointly addressing non- market practices. market practices and policies, economic coercion and other harmful practices; welcomes the Administrative Arrangement on Cooperation in Critical Raw Materials Supply Chains to increase cooperation between the EU and Japan on diversifying supply chains for critical raw materials in order to minimize the risks from increased geopolitical tensions and accelerated technological shifts.
