Calls on regions and cities to launch campaigns to raise public awareness of water saving, and calls on the Commission to encourage the exchange of good practice among regions and cities, focusing on measures to save water, such as the refurbishment of rain and waste water infrastructure, in order to enhance water efficiency, and manage the risk of droughts.
