Stresses the crucial role of the EU institutions in ensuring respect for the principle of parity, in relations between Member States as also in EU citizens' relations with national administrations and international institutions and bodies; calls on the European institutions and bodies to make further progress in the matter of communicating with citizens in their own national languages, independently of whether such languages enjoy official status within the Member State or the EU;
